Centrifugal In-Line Fan

The `Ruck' series of CIL Metal Tube fans can be used as exhaust and supply air for smaller area like toilets, bathrooms, classrooms, with considerably long ducting run situation. The fan ranges from 100mm dia (model RS100L) to 315mm dia (RS315 model). Air volume from 300 m3/hr to 1200 m3/hr at about static pressure 220 pascals. At lower air volume, static will be possible for up to 400 pascals. Impeller are of backward curved & IP44 external rotor motor driven. It is small, inexpensive and easy to install. Plastic version casing are also available.

Duct In-Line Fan (Box Fan)

Rectangular 'ductline' fan are used as supply & exhaust systems in places where medium air volume and static pressure are required. For example, like general food court stalls exhaust, small barbecue & fried food stall exhaust, fresh air supply for numerous recirculated fan coil units, for conference room, stores etc.,

Fans size ranges from impeller model 310-4E to 630-4D. Air volume from 800 m3/hr to 13000 m3/hr at about static pressure from 220 to 600 pascals. Impeller are of backward curved & IP44 external rotor motor driven impeller. Electric connection are single & three phase connection. Fans are selected normally at 4-pole operation but 6 & 8 pole are also possible. Two speed models are also available.

The casings are of galvanised sheet steel and impeller section are dismountable for repair or services. Noise level at 3m distance are averanging from 47 to 66 dBA. Under normal circumstances, silencer are not needed. It is also easy to install with rectangular inlet & discharge connections.

CENTRIFUGAL FAN (DIDW & SISW - BACKWARD CURVE)

DIDW backward curved belt driven fan from 250 to 1400mm dia. The Capacities can be up to 250,000 m3/hr with total pressure of up to 3200 Pa. Use in AHU, packaged unit and ventilation.

SISW backward curved belt driven fan from 250 to 1400mm dia. The Capacities can be up to 80,000 m3/hr with total pressure of up to 2500 Pa. Use in Ventilation and smoked spill application.
